918 Limos Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
1. Sales and Refunds

All Sales are Final: Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Prohibited Activities

Alcohol, Drugs, and Weapons:
- 918 Limos strictly adheres to federal laws regarding the consumption and transportation of alcohol and drugs. No alcoholic beverages are to be consumed by individuals under the legal drinking age.
- Possession or use of illegal drugs or weapons in our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the service without refund and may lead to legal action.
Vehicle Searches:
- Law enforcement agencies have the authority to perform administrative searches. If any contraband is found, the vehicle may be subject to seizure by local government agencies.
Smoking Policy:
- No Smoking is allowed in any of 918 Limos' vehicles. This includes all forms of tobacco and electronic cigarettes.

3. Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits made towards a reservation are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Cancellation Policy

Full Payment Responsibility: The client is responsible for paying the total amount of the reservation if the booking is cancelled at any time prior to the scheduled service date.

5. General Conditions

Service Termination: 918 Limos reserves the right to terminate service to any party or individual found violating these terms or engaging in behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
Liability: 918 Limos is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We also are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
Damage to Vehicles: Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by their party during the rental period.
Overtime: Should your event run over the scheduled time, you agree to pay overtime charges at the prevailing rate.
Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee may be charged for excessive mess or damage to the interior of the vehicle.

6. Amendments

Changes to Terms: 918 Limos may update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms before each booking.

Full Payment: The client is required to pay the total reservation amount using credit card or cash.
Non-Commencement of Service: If payment isn't confirmed at pickup, 918 Limos has the right to withhold service. The client remains liable for the full payment.

2. Gratuity

Driver Gratuity: An automatic 20% gratuity for the driver will be included in your total rental cost.

3. Additional Charges

Extra Costs: Clients are liable for additional fees like overtime, extra mileage, tolls, and parking. An itemized invoice for these charges can be requested.

4. Arrival and Delays

No Liability for Delays: 918 Limos isn't responsible for delays due to unforeseen events like weather, traffic, or incorrect information provided.

5. Safety and Conduct

Safety Liability: 918 Limos isn't liable for injuries from reckless behavior inside or around the vehicle. The booking party is responsible for all guests.
Ejection Rights: Drivers or staff can remove anyone behaving disruptively, intoxicated, or using illegal substances.

6. Lost Items

Personal Belongings: It's advised to take all personal items when leaving the vehicle. 918 Limos isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

7. Damage and Cleaning

Damage Liability: Individuals causing damage to the vehicle are financially responsible for repairs and any lost service income.
Cleaning Fee: A $150 cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess.
Biohazard Fee: A $250 fee per incident for biohazard or bodily fluid clean up.

8. Vehicle Performance

Equipment Failure: While 918 Limos maintains vehicles to high standards, equipment like audio systems might fail due to excessive use, which won't affect the service obligation.

9. Vehicle Substitution

Vehicle Changes: 918 Limos reserves the right to substitute vehicles in emergencies or if a vehicle is damaged.

10. Compliance

Contract Termination: Non-compliance with these terms or chauffeur instructions can lead to service termination.
